Corporate Videographer
Opto 22 is looking for an independent self-starter to be responsible for creating marketing and instructional video content to promote company products and educate customers. This position requires working with content developers to plan and script projects. Recording work includes studio and field camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording. Post-production work includes editing and assembling video and audio material, and preparing video files for online viewing.
Requirements and preferences:
- Bachelor's degree (degree in broadcasting, communications, or a related field preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in video production environment, including camera operation, lighting setup, and video editing
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop and After Effects experience preferred

Requirements and preferences:
- B.S. degree in computer science or related field is required (relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered).
- Programming experience in C++ is required.
- Broad knowledge of software development issues is required.
- Experience developing for commercial software products is preferred.
- Experience with multi-threading and synchronization is preferred.
- Windows programming experience is a plus (MFC, ATL, COM, etc.).
- Experience with communications programming is preferred (sockets, serial, etc.).
